It should be required reading for all trainers.
I really enjoy this journal and recommend it to everyone but wish it came out monthly not quarterly.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of information presented in this publication as most are full of ads and gimmicks. This one is actually geared for fitness professionals.
There is a good balance of training instruction and research related articles.
