It provides video instruction related to the proper techniques of activities you may see on the NCSF Certified Personal Trainer Exam. The DVD allows students the opportunity to view over 200 individual training and assessment techniques.

 

The Technique & Assessment DVD demonstrates proper exercise execution and spotting techniques, details common movement deficiencies, and explains various training progressions.
