Earning College Credit Steps ...

The education programs offered by the National Council on Strength & Fitness have been reviewed and the organization has received approval to offer college credit by the American Council on Education in Washington D.C. The American Council on Education college credit evaluation process is an external audit performed by subject matter and education experts to assess the organization’s credibility as an education provider and to determine the academic rigors of the courses and programs the NCSF offers. The multilevel review: validates the content, depth and scope of the education programs; evaluates instructor qualifications and their ability to properly disseminate the information in each course; analyzes the applicability of the learning method; determines the measurable learner outcomes; and assesses the administrative soundness of the organization offering the programs.

You do not have to pay college or university tuition fees, only the course costs, which represent significant savings on the college credits. Anyone who would like to use the courses for college credit can do so at their convenience. The college credit approval is for every program delivery method, so you can earn the credits through the hands-on workshop courses, home study program, or in the traditional classroom environment.

College credit can be transferred to any participating college or university degree program. The credits can also be applied toward State certificate renewal, continued education towards professional licenses and certifications, or serve as stand alone credits. Official transcripts are sent directly from the American Council on Education for a $35 transcript transfer fee.
