NCSF Personal Trainer Certification Exam Steps ...
Once a candidate has registered with the National Council on Strength & Fitness and
has received their exam confirmation notice they can then schedule an appointment to take the NCSF Certified Personal Trainer
examination. Scheduling as well as rescheduling if necessary is handled directly through Prometrics.
An exam candidate has three options to schedule their exam date, time, and location:

Examination scheduling can also be made over the telephone using the Prometric toll free exam
scheduling number. The NCSF provides you
with the steps in your exam eligibility documentation you receive upon exam
registration to schedule using this method.

Candidates can also schedule their exam in person at their local Prometric testing center.

After the candidate has scheduled an appointment to take the NCSF Certified Personal Trainer exam Prometric
will provide the candidate a final confirmation number for their exam appointment.
